Raised-Floor Cleaning

SPEC-CLEAN goes above and beyond in its cleaning of raised floor surfaces. After a thorough inspection of the areas to be cleaned, and removal of chairs, carts and boxes, all accessible raised floor tiles are neutralized, eliminating static electricity buildup. Surfaces are then deep cleaned with a HEPA filtration vacuum and low-revolution orbital floor scrubber, and all accessible floor tiles will be cleaned. Any tape marks, glue buildup, stains, contaminants not accessible with the floor machine will be hand cleaned. This includes cleaning the perimeters and base moldings in the room.
